Day 7: Visualisation

Day 7 of the 21 Awesome Days Challenge!

Hi Lovely People!

Here we are on day 7! A third of the way there woohoo!

As with yesterday I would like you to get out a pen and paper, at the top of the page I would like you to write ‘I love my life and here’s why’.

I then want you to describe your ideal life in as much detail as you can.

You can write how your body looks, what job you do, your home, your ideal romantic partner. Write as if every aspect of your life is the way you want it.

Get excited about it too, your brain doesn’t know the difference between what you imagine and your reality. In doing this exercise, you are activating a positive vibration to the point where the law of attraction will kick in and bring about what you want. Particularly if there is a strong positive emotion attached to the thoughts.

I do this exercise every day and have found significant results from continually getting excited about the things I want.

Some days I like to just focus in on one particular aspect, and because I have been doing it for so long and have built up momentum from my persistence, I have been able to notice amazing changes in a really short space of time!

You can’t help but feel good after doing this exercise, the universe is your catalogue and you can have anything you want!

Try it out and see if it’s something you would like to continue doing. As always let me know if you find something that really helps you raise your vibration.
