Day 3 of the 21 Awesome Days Challenge!

Hey Everyone! hope you are pumped and ready for Day 3, which is all about Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping!

So EFT is one of my FAVOURITE developmental tools. I got into it over a year ago, and the results I have achieved have been phenomenal.

If you are not aware, EFT was developed in the 1980’s by a man called Gary Craig. The concept works exactly like that of acupuncture, except you are stimulating meridian points on your body by tapping them with your fingers, rather than needles.

The use of EFT is extremely popular with names such as Tony Robbins, Richard Branson and even Whoopi Goldberg claiming to use it to release fear, limiting beliefs and even physical pain!

The great thing about EFT is that it works instantly, no waiting around for 30 days to see if you get results, you can feel a difference straight away.

EFT can also be great when using the Law of Attraction. When you are tapping on the meridian points, you are clearing the negative block or belief from your energy system, leaving you open to attracting what you desire with little or no resistance.

You may have many sub-conscious beliefs that you might not even be fully aware of that are blocking you from attracting what you want, and this is an excellent way of uncovering them and clearing them away.

You tap on the meridian points on the body while focusing on what you want to clear and voicing how you feel. By focusing on what you want to clear you are bringing it to the surface to be released from your energy system.

This is why it’s OK to voice the negativity you are feeling as usually the first few rounds of tapping are negative to release it, and then once it is clear you can do a positive round to feel empowered and raise your vibration.

So for today I am going to give you two YouTube videos from a man called Brad Yates, he is awesome and my all-time favourite tapper. If you copy the points he taps on and the words he says you will quickly get an idea of how tapping works.

Feel free to look around Brad’s videos or even any other Tappers who catch your eye and find tapping videos that are relevant to what you would like to work on, you can tap on absolutely anything!

Sometimes you may be unaware of feelings or beliefs you have until you tap and they come up to the surface so PLEASE refer to the disclaimer in the welcome message about getting professional help or support if you feel like it could uncover any feelings that you are not able to process without help.

That being said, EFT is an incredible way to release the sting from painful memories, remove old limiting beliefs and overall raise your vibration so happy tapping!
