Day 13: Goal Setting

Day 13 of the 21 Awesome Days Challenge!

Hey everyone!

Getting straight into it, the challenge for Day 13 is inspired by the awesome Bob Proctor who you may recognise if you have seen the film The Secret.

One thing Bob is well known for is carrying around a goal card with a goal written on it. He has given out over a million of these over his time as a personal development coach and mentor.

Research shows that only 13 percent of us have clearly defined goals. Only 3 percent of those have theirs in writing, and the 3 percent that do have the highest incomes.

Today I would like you to write a goal that you have on a piece or card or paper, you could say ‘I am so happy and grateful now that….’ and fill in your goal like Bob’s cards do. Or you could put a time limit e.g. By 2020 I will own my dream home.

Keep it in your wallet or purse or even your pocket. Any time you touch or see the card, use it as a reminder to think of your goal.

The universe will then kick in and find ways for you to achieve this goal.

I have an entire book of goals that i regularly read over and cross off when I achieve one.

The act of writing it down makes it feel way more real and by writing it and reinforcing it, you are putting the Law of Attraction to work in making it possible.

You don’t need to worry about how it will happen, just be open and eager to write it down and think about it when you remember.
