21 Awesome Days Challenge


The 21 Awesome Days Challenge is based on the idea that incorporating small positive tasks into your life, can help you to feel better and raise your vibration.

Raising your vibration means raising your mood. And although most of us go through life believing that how we feel is just a result of chance or our circumstances, I really believe that with practice how we feel can be a result of how we choose, you just need to take control and adopt some new habits and ways of thinking!

I’m sure you have all felt what it is like to be on a high vibration at some point in your lives.

When you raise your vibration you feel unstoppable, things just seems to flow in a way that suits you. You are also on the same frequency as all of the amazing AHA moments that will help you to grow and improve and have the best time in all areas of your life.

Do you ever notice when you feel good everything else in your life seems amazing? People are nice to you, you find the perfect car parking space or you receive a gift you weren’t expecting.

This is because you were on a high vibration, and being on a high vibration will help you have the best experiences in all areas of your life.

When you are in this state you let people off easily, things and people don’t bother you as much as normal. It is truly possible to be in this state for a large percentage of your life, with persistence!

You may not believe it now, but you are meant to have it all!

Great health, wealth, relationships and joy, and this challenge is a great way to begin exploring this.

This challenge is suitable for all, whether you are a seasoned advocate of personal development or whether you are a newbie wanting somewhere to start on a journey to an awesome life!

These 21 days are split into small challenges for each day, it could be something as simple as watching a YouTube video or making a list.

The ideas may seem small, but they are powerful if you use them in the right way and switch the way you think about things.

I hope that in doing this challenge, you find one or two or maybe even a handful of things that you can incorporate into your life in order to change things for the better.

I have compiled the 21 Challenges from my extensive study of all things personal development and law of attraction over the past 9 years.

I have chosen all of the things that I found have made an amazing impact in my own life, this is subjective but I hope you find something useful 🙂
